Came in after dealing with the Chevy Dealership down the road. Got totally turned off by their high dealer ads and low trade in offer. I already did my research prior to shopping so I knew where I was at. This GMC dealership facilitated a deal that was completely seamless. I originally came in for another truck but got one with way less miles and better condition for a great price. I drove away in a Sierra Denali Duramax for the same price the other dealership was quoting for their base model. The salesman Dylan is a good brand ambassador. He knows the product well and answered any questions I had. I'm sure I'll have more down the road. As a National Account Manager, the thing I dislike more is high pressure non-sense. The sales process should always be straight forward and honest. Even the finance guy Hobby, which is usually the worst person to deal with at a dealership, listened to me and gave me an awesome deal on my warranty and got me the best rate. Finance guys usually try to sell overpriced warranties but he sold it to me for at-cost. (I can confirm because I had someone look it up that is in the car business) Only gripe, my windshield has a chip. My wife saw after I brought the truck home. I couldn't see it because it is close to the rear view mirror.

Caralee is absolutely AMAZING!! This is one of the most dedicated, sweet, and accommodating sales representatives I have ever met. 3 hrs after she was due to go home she was still sitting with us finishing the paperwork for our new vehicle. It took us so long to come to our decision (I have a very hard time with these types of big ticket purchases) but never once did she attempt any type of pressure. Even after we were committed Caralee never left our side. Above and beyond she brought us dinner from a local business as it was late into the evening and we still had a little left to go. She was so genuine and engaged throughout the whole process. If you get the opportunity be one of her clients believe me she will find you the vehicle you desire as she most assuredly will not disappoint.

Went to Liberty GMC just to look around at used trucks. The weather was getting nasty, but Caleb was quick to offer help. After telling him what we were looking for, not a new truck, he went straight to work. He found a truck on the back lot, but trying to find the key found it wasn't ready to be sold. He came back in vehicle, so we didn't have to walk back from the back lot. He offered to show us 2 more possibilities. We really liked one of them, took a test drive, and went to look at numbers. The pleasant surprise was the only 2 trips to the managers office to have a deal, with NO HASSLES at all, at 7:45 on a blustery evening. Smooth sailing until I didn't have my insurance card. Caleb offered to drive our new truck to our house, while we drove our trade-in, collect the proof of insurance, and call it a sale. Caleb and the finance department were straight shooters and there were absolutely no surprises. Hands down, Liberty GMC, Peoria gave me the best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. While my previous truck was being worked on after another mechanical failure across the way, I was tired of going back and forth with shop, so I decided it was time for a new truck, several friends recommended Liberty GMC if I was looking to for a quality truck, I stopped by to look at the new 2024 Sierra, from the moment I stepped on the lot, I walked around freely and took my time while looked at a few options, I was greeted by Caralee lubbering, I explained I was just looking and I didn’t have my truck back yet to trade in, it was refreshing to not feel pressured or forced in any way to buy. Liberty GMC Peoria AZ service did an excellent job. I had a concern with my driver side power mirror not folding in at the same speed as the passenger side. They recognize d my concern and took care of rhe problem. My service advisor Santos Lujano kept me informed that the parts were ordered and got the morror installed. The service manager Sam took the time to introduce himself to me and welcome me to service dept. When it is time for routine service I will be taking my truck to them.
