I had a horrible experience at a local dealership. I called Liberty and was hooked up with Tamer Abdouni. He was very sympathetic and verified the truck I wanted was in stock. I explained that I would be driving g over 5 hours to purchase. He said no problem at all. We worked out the deal over the phone and he kept in constant contact with me. I drove for CA to AZ, over 5 hours and true to his word, he had everything ready for me from the test drive, my trade in and financing. I was in and out back on the road in my new truck in about an hour! Would recommend Tamer and the team for any purchases.

Originally came in via Costco Auto Program. Was shown pricing in Nov/December on '25 models. Ordered truck, sat down and was never shown the auto program paperwork again. Instead I was told what it was by mouth by manager. Was given some bogus upcharged dealer add-on pricing and hassle bullshit with that first manager which was to be exempt from costco auto program. Ended up leaving. Texted with Bryce to make it right since the WHOLE POINT of Costco was to avoid the haggling BS. Was told one thing by him via text but when I came back, the add ons were still on the deal. I ordered the truck but didnt want tint as I was gonna get ceramic myself. Numbers didnt match up. Haggled some more. Wanted to get it over with as my wife was released from the hospital and was loopy and drugged out of her mind from the pain meds and needed to get her home and out of finance. Bryce did a good job of making the tint right. However, I have yet to receive the Costco invoice pricing guide since first seeing it in Nov/December. Everything felt bait and switchy and shady when it didn't need to be; show me the price on the vehicle (which I am damn near certain was 2k difference (4300) on the 3500 denali ultimates through Costco) and we can haggle a tiny bit on the trade. If I had my numbers wrong then show me the paperwork. Edit: numbers on the costco sheet were right. Thank you Bryce. Still stand by my comments though based on what transpired. However some specificity needs to be involved. The first money guy (desk manager) was Mario who added all the BS add-ons and said "It was on the window sticker" which I was never given. Bryce gave me the laminated one which clearly stated different pricing. Definitely a shock when as I said, this should have been easy. So my thanks to Bryce. Perhaps some miscommunication was involved with the desk managers about this being a Costco Auto program deal. 🤷🏻♂️

Lydia was wonderful to work with. Edit: Lydia is still great to work with. But I had my brand new vehicle (drove off lot with six miles on it) for a week. It’s now been in the shop for over a week with continued promises of “such and such date for sure” then that date gets here and some other issue has caused it to not be fixed. The statement is the new part was broken. Then the part is held up in shipping. I lost thousands in value just driving it off the lot and now it just sits in the shop.
