My service rider, Marie did everything to make the experience great. I had received Liberty's coupon mailer and I brought it in with me, and with what I had done Marie was able to save me $300 and got me new Michelin tires with the 4th one free, plus rebate certificates directly from Michelin which she made sure that I had. Five star dealer and 10 star servvice rep. So glad I came over from my original dealership.

They were able to get my truck fixed ahead of schedule

Rick Kinslinger was great. Radio was fixed! Although they could not duplicate the transmission issue that has been mentioned twice, Rick did give us assurance that since we were so close to the warranty expiring for the transmission and it’s been in twice, but can’t be replicated that they why show a good faith repair if it happens again in the near future.
